Old Town Hall Astronomical Clock
The medieval astronomical clock adorns the southern wall of the Old Town City Hall at the Old Town Square. It announces every hour with the 12 apostles passing by the window above the astronomical dial and with symbolic sculptures moving aside.
Wenceslas Square was originally designed in the 14th century as a horse market. The large square evolved into Prague's central boulevard with many high street shops on the site.
