The Hilton Bentley Hotel celebrates the arrival of the James Beard Award-Winning celebrity Chef Doug with his latest venture De Rodriguez Ocean, a sustainable seafood concept featuring explosive flavors from his signature ceviche seafood dishes, seafood paella and a spectacular raw bar. A dark wood ceiling and dim lighting welcomes you in while cushy blue chairs and a marble bar lend a sense of posh to this airy free flowing indoor-outdoor restaurant.
