Hilton West Palm Beach is committed to being part of the local community. Our on-property local ambassadors are ready to make your stay one to remember.
Hilton West Palm Beach partnered with locally celebrated Rabbit Coffee Roasting Company, a craft coffee brand based out of Palm Beach Country, FL. Using some of the world's finest micro lot coffees, Rabbit serves hot coffee and nitrogen coffee on tap at the in-house marketplace, Provisions. For a creamy cup of cold brew, the baristas at Provisions push flavorful coffee through a pressurizer that infuses fresh brew coffee with tiny little nitrogen bubbles. In addition to taps, Provisions offers bottled nitro-coffee for those on the go.
With philanthropic efforts a priority, the hotel partnered with Hope Water, a for-profit business devoted to providing high-quality natural spring water from Florida. The bottled water, served at Provisions marketplace, is from deep within the limestone-rich Floridian Aquifer. By supplying water filtration systems at no cost to families and communities around the world, Hope Water provides those in need with the opportunity to live a better life. Over 18,000 lives have been impacted by Hope Water.
Placing musical influences at the forefront, the hotel partnered with famed DJ Adam Lipson to deliver a Mediterranean vibe. Known as the hotel's Music Curator, Lipson provides an exclusive eclectic musical experience inspired by popular tunes to transport guests to the true sounds of today's Sunshine State. His beats enhance pool parties, Saturday brunches at Palm Deck and hotel fans can request his music to take home and keep their vacation memories alive. Fashion mogul Jimmy Choo selects him for A-list events and now travelers can dance to his rhythm too.
In Manor, the hotel's signature restaurant, two large scale photos by famed photographer Chris Leidy are displayed along the perimeter. Leidy, the grandson of world-famous fashion designer, Lilly Pulitzer, is known for his underwater photos of the world's oceans. Leidy was raised in Palm Beach, the location where he first fell in love with underwater photography. He goes to diverse, exotic places such as Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Micronesia, Vanuatu, the Cocos Islands, and most recently Sumatra, Tonga, and the Solomon Islands to film various underwater scenes. At Manor, Leidy's photos of sea urchin and pieces of coral are on murals on each end of the restaurant.
With a strong focus on health and wellness, local boot camp instructor and TotalMOVEment owner Erika Strimer leads complimentary boot camp on the event lawns on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:30 a.m. Erika's class is a combination of high-intensity interval training and coaching. Strimer is known in Palm Beach County as an inspirational fitness guru, leading classes and conducting motivational workshops. For weekly donation-based yoga classes, the hotel partnered with Jennifer Martin, regionally-known yoga instructor and motivational leader. Martin is the owner and founder of Bodhi Hot Yoga, in Stuart and Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She is a Hot Vinyasa and Kundalini teacher as well as 'Spirit Junkie' who travels the world leading powerful classes, workshops and motivational messages. On Saturday's in the summer, Jennifer leads Vinyasa classes for all levels on the hotel lawns during brunch.
