Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa features ample of meeting space for small gatherings and team-building exercises. Spread out over two floors, there are 22 small venues, conference centre, and large foyers that are perfect for registrations. Many rooms with natural lighting and can be combined to form larger meetings.
The 14,040 sq. ft. conference centre with its 20 foot ceilings, floor points and hang points for optimal decor and special effects, individual lighting and climate controls, HSIA and an in-house catering and audio-visual team ensures a professional and worry-free event every time. The conference centre can accommodate 1,200 for banquet and receptions or theatre-style events. It is also divisible into five sections for smaller functions or for breakout rooms.
Choose from three dedicated executive boardrooms. Located on the second floor, the Trillium and Iris Boardrooms features floor to ceiling bay windows for plenty of natural lighting and a round mahogany boardroom table able to accommodate 20 people. The Mahogany Boardroom is easily accessible just off the main lobby attached to the Hilton Honors Executive Lounge.
Catering for 10-1,000 guests has never been easier or more elegant with beautiful and newly renovated ballrooms. Choose from our suggested banquet menus or let us tailor one to fit your needs. All-inclusive wedding packages, customized international menus, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, ceremony at Zen Garden open seasonally and preferred suppliers makes one stop planning easy.
