Private meeting rooms located on the main meeting level of the hotel are the perfect location to host Executive Meetings. These rooms can accommodate between 10 to 20 persons and are equipped with HSIA, custom made wooden conference table and executive chairs. With 17,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, find the perfect room for every event. Most rooms are located on the Main Meeting Room level of the hotel which makes it convenient to house breakout sessions, plenary sessions and secretariats. Our experienced Catering Sales Team Members will work with to make wedding dreams into reality. With three venues to choose from, the bride and groom can opt for a casual, outdoor setting on our Savannah Terrace, experience the historic charm of the La Boucan, or have an elegant soirée in the Grand Ballroom. The Executive Chef and his expert culinary team have created special menu combinations, or we will be delighted to craft a customized menu.
