HOTEL PARKING PACKAGE - BEST DEAL

 

DIRECTIONS TO CAR PARK:

  • Exit A23 at Junction 9a using the filter lane, first exit
  • Merge to the right lane and take the second turn to the right
  • Pass the hotel's entrance and take the first left turn to reach Euro Car Park

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Once you parked your car, please report to the parking kiosk with the booking confirmation number of your Park & Fly package. You need to register and leave your car keys with the car park. Your car will not be moved off-site. On your return, please proceed to car park to collect your keys and to exit.

 

TERMINAL PARKING PACKAGE - MOST CONVENIENT

 

DIRECTIONS TO CAR PARK:

  • Exit A23 at Junction 9a using the filter lane, first exit
  • Merge to the right lane and follow the road to Short Stay South Car Park
  • Take the ticket at the barrier and drive to RED Car Park, Level 2

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

When you arrive at Gatwick Airport, drive to the drop-off point of South Terminal Red Short Stay Car Park Level 2; please note, this is not a “Meet and Greet” service. Hand a copy of your hotel confirmation and the completed Valet Parking Booking Details Form to the parking reception at the time of arrival. Register and leave your car keys with the Valet Reception. Please note your car might be moved to a different parking level or to an open air location, see below. The car park is one minute walk to the hotel through a covered walkway. On your return, please call Valet Reception from the Arrivals Hall on 01293 502347, the valet staff will have your car ready for you to pick up in the Valet area. Please note there is no access to cars once they have been parked.

Important: For the duration of parking cars are moved to valet secure storage compounds in an open air location, whilst still in the confines of the airport; hence they are classed as Official On-Airport car parks. The cars are never moved off the airport. These storage locations are approved by the British Parking Association and hold the prestigious 'Park Mark' award.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Long Stay South offers self-service parking, you don't need to leave your keys at the car park, and your car will not be moved from car park.

Once you parked your car, please take the free shuttle bus service to South Terminal Drop-Off zone, as there is no safe pedestrian crossing from car park to our hotel. The shuttle bus departs every 10-15 minutes, 24 hours a day, the journey takes around 3-4 minutes. Once in South Terminal, please walk via the covered walkway to our hotel.

Upon your check-in, collect and keep your car parking voucher that needs to be presented when you leave the car park.

Please note, rooms can be taken prior parking your car. This case, please drive to our hotel's main entrance.

 

LONG STAY PARKING ADVANCE PURCHASE

VALET PARKING PACKAGE

  • Drive to hotel's entrance where your Valet Parking representative will meet you

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Parking Services are provided by Ace Parking Meet & Greet. Please call Ace Parking Meet & Greet on 01293 533 000 when you are about 15 minutes away from the hotel. Meet & Greet collections are from 12:00 noon to coincide with hotel check-in. Parking prior to stay is not permitted unless dropping car off after 12 noon.

Return Meet & Greet service available 24 hours a day, please advise Ace Parking of your estimated time of arrival. Your car will be returned to hotels main entrance. Parking duration is counted in calendar days and extra days are £7.50 - payable to Ace Parking directly.

Please note, transatlantic flights (overnight returns) often incur an additional day of parking.
