Choose a comfortable and airy room benefiting from natural daylight on the Mezzanine level or configure a space on the floor above to fit your requirements with the help of our dedicated Meetings & Events team. Offering assistance with all aspects of your meeting, our in-house organizers can help you with everything from catering to audio/visuals, allowing you to concentrate on the matter at hand.
Invite your guests to take advantage of our on-site Business Centre and use the WiFi available throughout the hotel to ensure they stay connected.
Located in the heart of the hotel, our meeting rooms are all adjacent to one another and offer, within steps, a dedicated Business Centre and internet technology. Ranging from 33 sq. metres to 124 sq. metres, you can customize big or small for your perfect presentation or meeting.
Westminster Suite: Bright and spacious, the Westminster Suite is comprised of the Cadogan Suite, Berkeley Suite and Belgrave Suite. These rooms can be combined or used individually as per your preference. Dimensions range from 146.5 sq. metres complete, or approximately 49 sq. feet for each individual room. In this suite you can seat from 20 to 120 guests or host a reception for 200.
Thames Suite: The Thames Suite is a mezzanine level suite containing four separate rectangular meeting rooms that can be partitioned separately or combined for a larger meeting. The smaller Waterloo, Tower, Chelsea and Richmond Rooms are each approximately 29 sq. metres, where combined they provide 118 sq. metres of meeting space, capable of holding 120 guests for a buffet or reception, or 30 for a U-shape setup.
Park Suite: The Park Suite is our Edgware Road facing suite, that contains the St. James' Room, the Regent's Room, Victoria room as well as the option to incorporate our Clarence Suite. All rooms combined allows for a 140 person reception or 120 seated (Clarence separate). For your more instructional settings, classroom and theatre setups, among others, are also possible. Our largest meeting room suite on the Mezzanine level, Park Suite is 719 sq. metres, each segment ranging from 113.1 sq. metres to 321.6 sq. metres.
Clarence Suite: The Clarence suite is a stand-alone suite, or it can be combined with others. Our most recent addition to the mezzanine collection, this suite is an octagon suite, featuring large windows and entry foyer. It can seat up to 50 theatre-style and is perfect for receptions.
Our boardrooms are designed to accommodate 16 executives. Air conditioning and flexible lighting help to create an ideal environment for a productive business meeting. With our dedicated Hilton service team at hand, important boardroom meetings that necessitate the utmost attention to detail are sure to be a success.
