With floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light, Tower Suite on the 1st floor hosts up to 400 people in a theatre setup or up to 200 people in a cabaret style. This flexible room can be subdivided into smaller rooms for 42 to 300 delegates to easily host seminars, product launches and presentations. Benefit from the self-contained foyer area adjacent to the room for up to 250 delegates, ideal as an area for coffee breaks, a buffet lunch or exhibition space.

The More London Suite, found on the first floor, is located next to the self-contained foyer which includes the cloakroom, restroom facilities and occasional seating. Depending on the set-up, this room can hold meetings for 140 in theatre style. The More London Suite benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for views of More London Place and The Shard.
The self-contained 250 sq. m. Tower Foyer can accommodate up to 250 Guests for reception drinks, or can be used for registration. The foyer is also popular exhibit space and can hold up to 12 exhibition stands. Tower Foyer is the perfect place to greet Guests and also benefits from a manned cloakroom, cash bar and occasional seating areas.

Meeting Room 2, 3 & 4 offers a bright and spacious area of 123 sq. metres. If meeting requirements change throughout the day, this space can be easily divided to accommodate 20 to 140 delegates. This room is popular for holding an event with a theatre or u-shaped set-up. The views of More London Place at night from Meeting Rooms 2, 3 & 4 create the perfect setting for a private reception for up to 140 Guests.
This flexible Hilton Meeting Room on the 2nd floor can sit up to 40 delegates in U-Shape set up. The room receives plenty of natural daylight and is fully equipped with meeting stationary and A/V, making it the perfect room for successful business meetings.
With two sides of the room covered in floor-to-ceiling windows, polished wood surfaces and elegant leather chairs, the 50 sq. metre Executive Boardroom will impress. The Executive Boardroom features a plasma screen which can be connected to a laptop and extra space for coffee breaks or a working lunch. The Executive Boardroom hosts up to 20 people at a large, fixed table for a meeting or private dinner party.
Hilton Meeting Rooms on the 2nd floor are best used for small meetings of up to 10 delegates in boardroom set up, interviews or as break-out rooms.
All meeting room have access to a large Business Centre Foyer. Located on the 2nd floor, it can accommodate 60 delegates for standing business lunch or 80 people for drinks reception. Often used for registration desks and exhibition stands. Also features fully-equipped Business Centre available 24 hours a day.
