Our Executive Chef Michael Pleines, from Williamstown, Massachusetts, has been in the culinary industry since 1999. He holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, where he graduated with honors and exceeded the national requirements for recognition by the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Executive Chef. Chef Pleines strives to incorporate new ideas and flavors into his food while using local and fresh ingredients.
Spencer's features a unique private sanctuary in the center of the restaurant surrounded by windows available for parties of up to 24 guests and multiple private dining rooms adjacent to the restaurant for parties of up to 150 guests. Our private dining is dynamically suited for business meetings, company functions and special personal celebrations.
