The Woodside Rooms and Outdoor Terrace

The space is flooded with natural light from its floor to ceiling windows, and can be used as four individual meeting rooms and a large terrace, or as one seamless indoor/outdoor space of over 400m². As one space, Woodside ballroom and terrace can host up to 300 guests for a cocktail event, 180 guests for a sit-down dinner and 220 guests for a theatre style event. Individually, the rooms can be setup in boardroom, classroom, theatre or u-shape styles.

The Woodside rooms are accessed beyond the hotel's dramatically-designed restaurant. A private pre-function area offers views into the semi-open kitchen. Along with the heated undercover terrace, these spaces make perfect breakout areas to the meeting rooms. The technology is modern, flexible, simple to use, and most importantly reliable.

Boardroom (Ground Floor)

At 24m², one wall of this intimate room overlooks South Wharf Promenade's heritage sheds from full height windows, and another features a striking artwork by renowned Melbourne-based Spanish artist Dani Marti. The room has a 10-seater boardroom table and a wall-mounted flat screen for presentations.

River Room (Fourth Floor)

At 28m², this is a stylish space designed to impress. With a rectangular boardroom table and Herman Miller chairs, windows that frame the city skyline and a mounted flat screen TV ideal for presentations, its location on the fourth floor beside the hotel's expansive Executive Lounge gives it a private, exclusive feel.
