AVA is our mobile tele-presence in the hotel. She can either be accessed from a station setup on property or remotely. If you have a special guest or VIP that wants to attend your conference or event, we will work with you to have them set up on AVA. All you would need to operate her is a laptop with a video client (Jabber) and an iPad (it can not be Android). She can be used in both the lobby space and meeting space, however, for the meeting space, a network switch would have to be arranged.
