Meeting and Event Highlights
The multi-level, vaulted Palacio venue is located on the third floor of the resort and offers several options for events with smaller guest lists. The Palacio Loft spans 625 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 50 Guests. Welcome your top 20 delegates into the 342 sq. ft. Executive Boardroom. The Coronado Conference Centre features six rooms above the main lobby and away from the larger convention center space. Holding up to 30 in a classroom arrangement and up to 56 in a theater setup, these rooms are perfect for small board meetings or team breakouts.
Corporate travelers and groups can enjoy 27 acres of exclusive amenities, Guest spaces and a prime location along the Phoenix North Mountain Preserves. Amenities include extensive event facilities and a selection of dining options. Take advantage of professional and experienced A/V specialists PSAV Presentation Services and impress attendees in the Anasazi Ballroom. This grand venue spans nearly 10,000 sq. ft. and can seat over 1,000 people in the theater or reception configurations.
