Whether you are a resort guest or community member, take advantage of state-of-the-art equipment and daily classes at Tocasierra Fitness Centre at Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. Our facilities feature cardio, strength training, and core and balance equipment, as well as a lap pool and tennis courts so you can stay active. Take part in one of our daily fitness classes, including Zumba®, yoga, Pilates and total wellness. With classes for beginners and the more advanced, there are options for everyone.

Hours of Operation
Improve your strength and flexibility with individual or duet mat pilates classes at Tocasierra Fitness Centre. Available throughout the week, these classes give a full-body workout and are great for beginners or more advanced students.
Participate in one of our engaging fitness classes and stay motivated with group exercise. We offer various cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, mind-body and aqua-aerobics (seasonal) classes. Contact the fitness front desk for more details about our current classes.

In addition to our large fitness room and professional equipment, guests and members can enjoy the lap pool, therapy pool, steam room, locker facilities and towel service. If you want an additional touch, visit the Tocasierra Spa and Salon for carefully crafted services and treatments.
If you want to get the most out of your workout, book a session with one of our experienced private trainers. The Tocasierra fitness professionals can prescribe a personalized exercise plan for you and give one-on-one training. Semi-private and private group sessions are also available, ideal for couples, friends and office groups.

To take full advantage of Fitness Centre, we recommend advance reservations for all fitness services. Services are subject to change and availability. We also ask that you arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. A four-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for any service not taken. Athletic attire is required. A locker is issued; however, please refrain from bringing valuables into the fitness centre. Holiday and summer hours may vary.
Youth 14-15 years of age may use the facility with adult supervision (18 years or older) and written permission of a parent (in person). Youth 16-17 years of age may use the facility with written permission of a parent (in person). Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the fitness centre. Proof of age may be required.
