Here at Hilton Brussels Grand Place, we are delighted to present our newly refurbished event and meeting spaces providing a modern, trendy and contemporary feel. With 15 meeting spaces of different sizes and specifications and a dedicated Hilton Meetings Team, we promise to do our level best to ensure your event geos above and beyond what you envisioned. The recently developed expansion of the breakout areas provides an endless range of flexible event spaces which can be adapted for any of your events: conferences, meetings, weddings and exhibitions. Almost all of these spaces feature natural daylight and combined with our newly implemented catering counter (allowing delegates to retreat from their conference to enjoy a freshly brewed coffee or a culinary break), we strive to maximize the productivity and delegates' engagement throughout your meeting.
In addition, our meeting rooms are well equipped to provide the maximum level of comfort for everyone involved. These include air conditioning, integrated presentation screens, beamers and speakers. We understand that hosting or organizing meetings can be stressful. Therefore, we have a Hilton Meetings business desk strategically located in our foyer so our devoted team can gladly handle any last minute request and finishing touches to ensure a flawless and hassle-free meeting.
Want an event with ultimate exclusivity? We have you covered. Take the opportunity to have a whole floor privatized for your event, including the use of a separate entrance. For added convenience, make use of the underground public parking which provides direct elevator access to our meeting areas.
