Guest Package Policy
All guest packages shipped to the hotel are received by our FedEx Store located in the lobby. Once the parcel arrives, they will leave a message on your room reservation to have the front desk notify you at check in. There is a processing and holding fee for shipping packages to the hotel. You can refer to the pricing sheet that can be found by clicking the below link. The FedEx Store is open Monday – Friday 7am - 7pm, and Saturday – Sunday 7am – 5pm.
