Our outside catering packages are priced per person before service charges, event fees and taxes:

$45 per person without alcohol or soft drinks
$55 per person with five hours of soft drinks
$65 per person with five hours of Traditional bar
$80 per person with five hours of Signature Bar

The Outside Catering Package Includes:

• Usage of event space for up to six hours
• Room Set-Up including Dance Floor, Tables & Chairs and Stage
• Specialty Table (Gift Table, Cake Table, Head table etc.)
• Set-Up of the Pre-Function area for a Cocktail Reception
• Cake Cutting and Service
• Coffee & Tea Service
• Silverware, Glasses, China & Table Linens Excluding Chair Covers
• Mirrors & Votive Candles on Tables
• Hotel Wait Staff (1 per 30 Guests) & Banquet Captain
• Separate Work Area for Outside Caterer
• One Complimentary Room for One Night


As a minimum, two printed menu cards per table are required indicating that the food was prepared by (name of caterer). Additional fees apply for multi-outlet drop for DJ or bands or for events that require the use of the hotel kitchen, refrigerators, freezers or storage by outside caterer (subject to availability & advance approval by hotel). Events over six hours will incur additional labor fees per hour. All events must conclude by 2 AM. All outside vendors (caterers, photographers, DJ, bands etc.) are required to provide a copy of their liability insurance listing the hotel as additional insured.
