Package Handling Policy
Guests are welcome to ship packages to themselves at our hotel no more than 3 days before check-in.
Fee per box:
- Packages under 1 lb. - $2
- 1-10 lbs. -$5
- 10-30 lbs. - $15
- 50-100 lbs. - $35
- 100+ lbs. or Pallet - $250 each
- Delivery to guest room - $5 per box
Please ensure the name of the guest and their arrival date are on the package. Our concierge is happy to assist you with shipping packages from our hotel. Packages may only be stored for a maximum of two weeks. If unclaimed, package will then be returned to sender. All storage fees will be applied to the recipient's account.
