Breakfast charges for children aged 7-13 years: 11 EUR; adult prices apply for children 14 and above: 22 EUR. Room packages including meals exclude children’s meal charges.

Additional Policies

Credit and Cash
For check-in, a credit card is required. When a card is unavailable, guests must provide a $50 per night refundable cash deposit.

Early Check-in
For an additional $70 (7am-9am) or $35 (9am-12pm), guests may enter their rooms before noon on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.

Package Receiving
Packages are accepted for registered guests only for arrivals within 10 days and held up to 30 days after guest departure. A charge of $5.00 per package up to 10 packages, and $10 per package for any additional packages will be added to guest bill.

Food Consumption
Only food and beverages purchased from the hotel may be consumed in public and pool areas.

Early Arrivals

  • There will be an early arrival fee of $70 for guest arriving between 7 am – 9 am
  • There will be an early arrival fee of $35 for guest arriving between 9 am – 12 pm
  • The early arrival fee for Gold & Diamond members will be $35 from 7 am – 9 am
