There is a Handling Fee of $5.00/package for items 5lbs or less; each additional pound (lbs) is an additional $0.50/lbs. Packages can only be received for registered guest up to 3 days prior to arrival. You can retrieve your package in the motor lobby Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM (after hours please come to the front office and an officer will retrieve the package). All packages not claimed after 30 days will be returned to sender.
Lost & Found
All Lost & Found items will be held for 30 days, high value items will be held for 90 days. Any unclaimed items will be discarded after this period. A shipping label must be provided to the hotel in order to ship any lost and found items.
