Empty Room: Standing at the front of the room looking out over the large, column-free, rectangular ballroom. The spacious room is carpeted throughout with an intricately patterned, earth-toned carpet. The carpet has a repeating grid design and is a dark gray base color with light gold accents. Bright blue, red, and orange streaks run through the carpet, bringing a flash of vibrancy to the contemporary floor. A number of doors run down three sides of the room, providing ample access and fire escape routes. The fire escape signs are clearly signposted and illuminated above each door. Each doorway is framed by white wood, and above each door way, a taupe panel with a 3D floral design hangs in the middle of an indented square. The panel is illuminated by two upward facing lights and is framed by broad white pillars with thin black rectangular frames and four gold sconces. Above the center panel, an illuminated and decorative panel adds an extra element of detail. The pillars jut out approximately one foot from the wall. The ballroom walls are decorated in simple, neutral colors. A decorative white wood baseboard, approximately two feet in height, encircles the room at the floor level. Above the baseboard, there is thick white wood modeling with gold rectangular acoustic panels inset into wall, surrounding the room. Above the gold rectangular acoustic panels, is an elaborate white molding which extends out from the wall, creating a decorative dado rail. Above the rail, there are large rectangular cream-colored acoustic panels framed with black wood trim which create a pattern of 6 squares within each rectangle. The white tray ceiling (26 ft) has repeating black rectangular frames with delicate gold accents. Inside each rectangular frame there are four recessed lights, providing a very well-lit and modern-style room.

Banquet: In banquet layout, the room is populated with over 50 round tables. The tables are covered with two table covers, a peach-colored underlay which reaches to the floor, with a shorter white table cloth draped over the top. Each table is encircled by 10 chairs, with dark brown metal frames and thick-padded tan cushions on the seat and back. On the tables, there are 10 place settings with a large plate, smaller plate and bowl stacked up, flanked by cutlery, drink and wine glasses, and peach-colored napkins secured with a metallic napkin ring for each setting.

Classroom: In classroom layout, long rectangular tables are laid out. There are two columns of tables facing the front staging area, and 10 rows. The rows are separated into two sections of five rows, with a larger gap between the two sections to allow easy movement. There is also a T-shaped path between the two columns, forming a walkway from back to front and through the center. Behind each rectangular table there are 15 chairs, with dark brown metallic frames and thick-padded tan cushions on the seat and back. In front of every seat is a black-covered A4 notepad and a pen. Just in front of each notepad is a drink glass and small bottle of water.

Theater: In theater layout, the room is only populated with rows of chairs. There are 30 rows of chairs, with a walkway down the middle of the room which creates two columns of chairs. Each row of chairs has 36 chairs in total, 18 chairs on each side. All chairs are set up to face the front where there is a staging area and large projection screen hanging from the ceiling, with the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace logo being projected upon it.
