Our package features free participation in one of the following fitness activities for each day of your stay:
• Equipment Pilates (60 minutes per / person)- A program that includes various exercise machines (j.e. cadillac, wunda chair, reformer, tower) that allows you to start out mild and build up the intensity and variety of your exercise routine.
• Hiltonia Challenge (60 minutes per person)- A training session aiming in developing further the ten attributes defining your fitness level: speed, strength, stamina, accuracy, balance, flexibility, pliancy, fat burning and power.
• Personal Training (30 minutes per person)- A one-on-one training session taking place in the fitness area. Following an initial consultation with one of our fully qualified fitness specialists detailing your needs and your lifestyle, a specific program will be created you. Participation for 2 persons is also available.
The package also includes complimentary buffet breakfast at Byzantino Restaurant and free participation in any group class (ie Yoga, Mat Pilates, Dance, Functional training etc).
