[How to with Hilton bandung : Tropical Mocha]
Let me introduce myself, I'm Ema Puspita. I'm a barista at Hilton Bandung
I've been a barista for about two years
In my opinion, the market and trend for coffee in Bandung is targeted for the young people. It could be seen by so many new coffee shops in town.
As a barista, we have to up to date and innovating with new recipe to attract the customer
For Tropical Mocha, I'm inspired by the local fruit and i want to encourage people who doesn't like coffee to enjoy drinking coffee
Thus, the coffee taste in this dessert coffee is not too strong.
So it can be enjoyed by anyone of any age
The ingredients are cocoa powder, simple syrup, coconut milk, coconut meat as the star ingredients , dried coconut for finishing, and vanilla ice cream and fresh milk
The first step is making the basic coffee by using single shot espresso.
Then blend the coconut milk, cocoa powder, simple syrup, ice cream, fresh milk, and coconut meat.
Meanwhile, put some coconut milk into the serving glass as the base.
Then mix the espresso to other ingredients then blend it
After that, pour into the serving glass and put some dried coconut
I think this product is quite unique and modern
