The guests are sitting together
While the chef is cooking the dishes in the open kitchen
They're preparing the food by cutting the fresh vegetable and using the top quality ingredients
In another section, there is a chef preparing the noodle with various kind of noodles and soups
Pastry chef preparing the desserts
As a last touch, he's torching the meringue cake to bring them to perfection
And then he's giving a dessert to a child

[How to make Pindang Iga Bakar]
[First, prepare the ingredients, then grind together using the mortar]
[Stir-fry the ground spices (galangal, belimbing wuluh, salam leaves, orange leaves, tomato and cayenne) then add water and mix into a delicious tamarind soup]
[Separately, boil the beef ribs for approximately 30-60 minutes or until the meat is 75 percent cooked; drain the water, wash the ribs]
[Add the beef ribs to the tamarind soup then cook for approximately 5-7 minutes to infuse the flavors]
[Remove and set aside the beef ribs and brush with the seasoning]
[Grill the beef ribs]
[Brush the ribs again with seasoning until a caramelized and crisp texture forms]
[Finally, place the beef ribs into a bowl for serving]
[Pour the broth over the beef ribs and add garnish as desired]
[Your “Pindang Iga Bakar” is ready to serve]
