Enter on the 1st floor via the front drive valet or side drive bus parking. Engage with the concierge desk, dine at Drago's Seafood, Spirits Tavern, or Le Croissant Breakfast Restaurant. Travel to the renovated Grand Ballroom and Grand Salon meeting space or upstairs to the front desk.
Guests arriving at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside via the first floor entrance will see a cobblestone road directly ahead for cars to arrive at the entrance and a valet stand to the right. To the left are two doors to enter Drago's Seafood Restaurant from the outside. Walk straight ahead to a wide, full-glass, revolving door large enough to accommodate guests with luggage or wheelchairs. Also to the right is a separate handicap accessible door that can be opened by pushing the button on the wall. Continue thru the front doors and walk straight ahead, on the left is an escalator that takes guests up to the 2nd floor for check-in. Right after the escalator on the left is the concierge desk. To the right is a separate desk sometimes utilized as a second check-in area for Honors guests. After the desk on the right lies a sliding door that opens to the side drive entrance for shuttles and tour bus pickups and drop-offs. Continue to follow the marble tile straight ahead and find two sets of guest elevator banks on the right. The first set of elevators go up to the 16th floor only and the second set of elevators take guests all the way to the 29th floor. On the left just after the concierge desk lies a set of steps as well as a handicap accessible ramp that both provide access to the hostess stand for Drago's Seafood Restaurant. Just after this walkway on the left is an open-air sports networking bar named Spirits Tavern. Take the ramp to Drago's to enter the elevated and carpeted seating area for Spirits on the right or enter from the main walkway by walking up three steps. Spirits Tavern provides assorted small and elevated tables with upholstered chairs scattered about the area. Six TV screens are mounted above a large centrally located bar. Return to the main walkway. Next to Spirits Tavern, on non-elevated ground to the left, discover Le Croissant, an open-air breakfast restaurant. Sectioned off by half walls made of clear glass, Le Croissant provides an assortment of small tables with upholstered chairs. Walk past the tables to the back of the restaurant to find a spacious breakfast buffet space with built in counter space wrapping around it. Continuing down the main corridor walkway across from Le Croissant lies All That Jazz, a gift shop with an all glass facade. Enter the shop to find clothing hanging from racks as well as jewelry, postcards, and sunglasses racks. Along the back wall is shelving offering toiletries and New Orleans themed merchandise for sale. Returning to the main walkway, just after the gift shop the tile flooring turns to carpet and a second set of sliding doors appear on the right with a shoe shine, walk-in closet space on the left. Travel out the sliding doors to the right to view the concrete road and entrance for shuttles and bus drop offs and pickups that connects back to the front drive. Return inside and follow the main walkway further ahead to see two built-in 1st floor registration counters on the left and escalators to 2nd and 3rd floor meeting space on the right. Continue straight ahead to locate the 1st floor restrooms on the left, a small meeting space named Burgundy, also on the left, and an entrance with three sets of double doors to the Grand Ballroom, Chemin Royale, and Grand Salon meeting spaces ahead. On the right find a small table surrounded by upholstered chairs to relax in. Just after the seating area on the right there are two side by side elevators that go up to the 2nd and 3rd floor meeting spaces as well as the 5th floor of the self-parking garage where handicap accessible parking can be found.
The 2nd floor of the hotel houses the front desk, bellmen, and Riverblends coffee stand. Explore the piano lounge Public Belt. Head up the escalator to the Riverside building, or down the hall to renovated meeting space and access to the self-parking garage and Health club elevators.
With your back to the escalators on the 2nd floor find the bell desk straight ahead. On the right is an open-air dining area with wood paneling that houses Riverblends coffee stand. The dining area has a central walkway with wood paneled flooring. Comfortable oversized, cushioned seating can be found on the right with surrounding medium-sized tables. On the left are smaller tables with standard dining room chairs and in front of the seating area on the left is the coffee stand. To the right of the coffee stand is a set of high-top counters with a microwave for guest use. With your back to the escalators, on the left lies the front desk for check-in, and to the right of the front desk is an escalator that transports guests to the Riverside building housing additional meeting space and guestrooms. To the left of the front desk is the entrance to the Public Belt piano lounge and bar. Enter Public Belt and find a speakeasy style with painted portraits of legendary jazz greats like Louis Armstrong adorning the walls. On the left is a grand piano for live music during the week. Along the left wall are oversized couches with small round top tables. The center and right side of the room house a mixed collection of small couches and plush seating with additional round top tables. Straight ahead in the back of the room is a large bar that extends horizontally across most of the room. High-top plush chairs line the bar and two TVs are mounted on the wall on each end of the bar. Behind the bar is glass paneling and shelving showing off an eclectic display of liquor bottles. Round chandeliers hang from the ceilings throughout the bar and long scone lighting lines the left and right walls creating dim, mood lighting effects. Return to the brightly lit lobby with large pillars and skylights that pour natural light into the atrium and view beautiful manicured greenery lining the walkway. Continue down the walkway away from the front desk passing Public Belt on your right, and find two sets of elevators banks on the right that lead to the guestroom elevators in the main building. The first elevator bank only goes up to the 16th floor, while the second allows guests to go all the way to the 29th floor. Continue following the tile flooring down the hallway pass the elevators and you will see the Executive Boardroom on the right and restrooms on the left. Just after the restrooms the tile flooring changes to brand new carpet flooring as you enter newly renovated meeting space. On the first indent on the left find a series of small meeting rooms, on your right are escalators that move between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor meeting spaces. Continue straight ahead and two side by side elevators appear on the right that move between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor meeting space, as well as the 5th floor of the self-parking garage with handicap accessible parking. On the left is a small seating area with table and oversized chairs to relax. Continue straight ahead and enter into a large open hallway. On the right lies the Churchill meeting space with 6 sets of doors on lining the hallway, and a series of oversized chairs dotting the hallway on the left for relaxing in. Continue straight ahead until you reach the end of the hallway and find two side by side elevators on the left. These elevators move between the 5 levels of the self-parking garage, as well as to the 100,000 square foot Health Club by Hilton and Ringlett's Salon on the 6th floor.
Explore our Riverside Building with self-contained meeting space for small groups, outdoor access to the Riverwalk and indoor access to the Outlet Collection mall, as well as outdoor pool and outdoor courtyard spaces. Connection via the 2nd floor lobby.
Standing in the lobby on the 2nd floor with the front desk on the left, and the escalators behind you straight ahead find a small escalator to the Riverside Building. Travel up the escalator to a long breezeway with natural light beaming in through glass windows on the left and right. Travel down the carpeted breezeway corridor to the wide, carpeted lobby of the Riverside Building. Standing in the lobby with your back to the breezeway find a hallway to the right with entrance to Building 3 housing guestrooms, courtyards and another outdoor pool. To the left is an escalator that takes guests down one level to an indoor entrance to the Riverwalk Outlet Mall. Straight ahead on the left is an open-air dining area known as Marketplace. This dining outlet has a white, cast-iron facade. Inside the brightly lit Marketplace with skylights there is a coffee stand on the right and an assortment of shelves on the left and back of the store housing snacks, soft drinks, and toiletries for sale. At the front of the entrance are several small metal tables with chairs on the right and one large wooden table with benches for seated dining on the left. Returning to the central lobby proceed straight past Marketplace to find the carpet flooring has changed to a tiled space. In the middle of the tiled space is a large marble fountain. To the right lies the QuarterDeck ballroom, to the left are built-in registration counters. Straight ahead of you is the Starboard-Port-River combined meeting space rooms. Adjacent to the Starboard-Port-River room on the left lies a carpeted walkway. Follow the walkway, passing meetings spaces Steering and Compass on the left, to a set of glass doors. Proceed out the glass doors to a carpeted outdoor landing area with picturesque views of the Riverfront on the right and the Riverwalk on the left. Straight ahead are stairs and an elevator for guests to travel down a level to the Riverwalk. Return inside and follow the walkway back to the main lobby of the Riverside Building. From the main lobby follow the hallway to Building 3. Once entering the Building 3 hallway find guest elevators on the left and entrances to guestroom corridors on the right. Continue down the tiled hallway as it switches to a carpeted flooring. On the left is a series of guestroom hallways followed by the entrance to the Mark Twain Courtyard. Proceed through the glass doors to this outdoor courtyard space. Once outside find tiled concrete with manicured garden areas in the center and tall gas lamp outdoor lighting fixtures, as well as potted palm trees surrounding the outer rim of the space as well as the central garden area. Proceed forward to the fenced in front of the courtyard where two black, cast-iron benches are located and where guests can view the picturesque river directly in front. Return inside and continue to follow the hallway with your back to the lobby, arriving at the Desoto Courtyard and outdoor pool on the left. Proceed through the glass doors to this outside space. Directly ahead of you are two levels of steep steps up to the elevated pool. On the left and right sides of the steps are two well-manicured gardens with various flowers and plants, and an outdoor gas lamp lighting fixture. To the left of the stairs is a short walkway that ends in a handicap accessible ramp leading up to the pool. The pool is surrounded by approximately 20 reclining chairs spread out across the pool deck and an ADA compliant pool lift. On the far side of the pool deck view picturesque river views.
The 3rd floor of the hotel contains self-contained meeting space including three ballrooms as well as access to the 5th floor of the self-parking garage for ease of guests. Also find convenient access to guest room elevators and another outdoor pool.
On the third floor with your back to the escalators find two elevators on the right that will take you downstairs to the 2nd or 1st floor meeting spaces or up to the 5th floor self-parking garage where handicap accessible parking is located. Straight ahead on the left are built-in 3rd floor registration counters and on the right is a set of doors that leads into the Jefferson Ballroom. Walk forward and find the entrance to The District, the hotel's 3rd floor meeting space foyer. Walk through one of the three, side by side doors to the entrance and enter The District. Standing in the center of The District, straight ahead are two sets of doors that open to the St. James Ballroom. To the right of the St. James Ballroom are four doors that open to the St. Charles Ballroom. To the right of the St. Charles Ballroom is a well-lit walkway with natural lighting that leads to the 3rd floor restrooms located on the right. Directly across from the St. James Ballroom is a single door that opens to the Parish room, to the right of it is the return to the main walkway, and to the right of that is another walkway that leads to additional small meeting rooms. Follow the main walkway back to the escalators. From the main walkway, just pass the escalators on the right is the main building's outdoor pool. Walk through one of four glass doors to the outdoor pool and find an AstroTurf surface with a rack containing pool towels on the right. Straight ahead lies a wood-lined pool deck with two sets of three steps that lead up to the pool. To the left of the pool deck are palm trees and a well-manicured garden surrounded by brick tile. Travel along the left side of the AstroTurf with your back to the pool entrance doors and see the pool deck handicap-accessible ramp that leads up to the elevated pool. The outdoor pool is complete with 30 reclining chairs in total surrounding the pool deck spread across each side, as well as an ADA compliant pool lift.
Home to world famous charbroiled oysters on every 'must eat in New Orleans' list, Drago's Seafood is a homegrown classic venue with seating for groups of all sizes. Enter from outside on the front drive or indoors next to the concierge desk.
There are two entrances to Drago's Seafood Restaurant. The outside doors accessible from the front drive or indoors through the stairs or ramp next to the concierge desk. Each entrance takes the guest straight up to a hostess stand. Entering through the outside entrance you will find an assortment of wood veneer tables and chairs in various seating arrangements on the right and left with a main walkway in between. On the right, there is a small bar with high-top chairs lining the front. At the midpoint of the walkway is a hostess stand. Continue past the hostess stand, down the walkway, to arrive at the oyster bar. Walk past the oyster bar to get to the middle of the restaurant. Standing in the middle of the restaurant with your back to the back wall view nine tables in wood veneer in various sizes and shapes, including round and square, on the right. All the tables in the restaurant have cherry wood finished chairs, and the tables against the front wall have a row of built-in, cushioned, booth style seating. To the right of the dining area is a walkway to the bathroom. On the far right is the oyster bar with chefs shucking and cooking oysters on grills with open flames for charbroiled effect. Patrons can sit in one of ten high-top chairs lining the bar and eat their meal at the oyster bar. Straight ahead is an elevated dining section with three short steps to more tables and chairs. Across from that dining area is the Spirits Tavern bar with elevated seating where Drago's famous charbroiled oysters can also be purchased. To the left behind Spirits is the hostess stand and just behind it is a row of square tables and chairs for dining. To the left of those tables is a walkway for staff to move food between the kitchen and dining areas, as well as a separate dining area blocked off with a half wall and carpeted flooring. This separate dining area remains open to the greater restaurant but also provides some privacy for private groups. The back wall has black, cast-iron designs across frosted windows that allow for some natural light into the restaurant without harsh effects.

The Premium Suite is approximately 880 square feet with circular patterned, brown carpet and light gray walls. Standing with the white, double-door entrance behind you, a rectangular wooden dining table is in front of you with six wooden, white leather cushioned dining chairs. To the right of the dining table is a marble-top console table positioned against the wall. To the right of the console table, in the far right corner of the room, find a connecting door to an adjacent king bedroom. On the back wall directly in front of you is a tall window with a wooden desk and a sleek, wheeled desk chair positioned in front of it. A lamp, telephone, and alarm clock rest on the desk. There is another window approximately five feet to its right with a beige, plush daybed positioned in front. In front of the day bed, a sleeper sofa faces the left wall. A wooden console table is positioned against the back side of the sleeper sofa and an ottoman is positioned in front of the couch. Immediately to the left of the couch is a circular side table with a lamp on top, and two plush chairs face the back wall in front of the lamp. In between the two chairs is a cylindrical side table. A wooden TV stand with a 37-inch LCD TV is positioned against the left wall in front of the sleeper sofa and the ottoman. To the left of the TV stand is a circular, white column followed by the bathroom door. Against the back wall, to the left of the bathroom door is a wooden console table with a telephone and a lamp resting on top and a mirror hanging on the wall above. To the immediate right of the double entry doors behind you is a mirrored closet door and to its immediate left is a small hallway that leads to a connecting door to the adjacent, double queen bedroom. Position yourself facing this connecting door, and see a bar area on the right side of the small hallway. A marble-top counter against the back wall houses wooden cabinets and a coffee maker. The marble-top bar that extends from the wall houses a sterling silver sink and a mini fridge underneath. Upon entering the double queen bedroom, there is an entry door to your immediate left. The 320 square foot room has a Victorian patterned carpet and soft yellow walls. To your right is a marble-top, wooden cabinet that houses a mini fridge and a coffee maker. To the right of the cabinet is a marble-top, wooden dresser with a 37-inch LCD TV on top, and to the right of that is a wooden desk with a sleek, wheeled office chair. On top of the desk is a lamp and telephone. The back right wall has a floor-to-ceiling window with beige, subtle patterned blackout curtains. In front of the window is a circular side table and a plush chair positioned to its right. In front of you are two queen beds with wooden headboards and a wooden night stand in between. On the night stand is a telephone, a lamp, and an alarm clock. To the left of the beds is the bathroom door. Walking back out into the parlor, continue past the dining table to reach another connecting door leading into an adjacent king bedroom. This room is approximately 320 square feet with a Victorian patterned carpet and soft yellow walls. With your back facing the connecting door, which is positioned in the corner of the room, there is a window along the back wall to your immediate left. In front of the window is a plush chair with an ottoman and a marble-top side table with a standing lamp positioned to its left. Directly in front of you lies a wooden desk with a sleek, wheeled office chair that is positioned against the wall. A lamp and a telephone sit on top of the desk. To the right of the desk is a marble-top dresser with a 37-inch LCD TV on top, and a marble-top cabinet that houses a mini fridge and a coffee maker. A full-length mirror hangs on the wall to the right of the cabinet. On the right wall is another entry door with a closet door to its right, and to the right of that is the bathroom door. To your immediate left is a king-sized bed with two wooden night stands on each side.

The Riverside Suite parlor is approximately 1,325 square feet. The spacious parlor features wood floors with soft yellow walls. Standing with the double-door entrance behind you, there is a small coffee table and lamp between two upholstered chairs positioned against the wall on your left. Further down the wall to your left is a decorative dresser with a circular mirror hanging on the wall above it, and just past the dresser is a connecting door to an adjacent, double queen-bed room. Along the far left wall are two large double windows with pale-green blackout curtains that overlook the Mississippi River. There are two columns, one in the middle of the room, and one in between the two windows. To the left of the two columns, find a glass dining room table with six, upholstered, dining chairs. Between the two columns is a console table that is positioned against the back side of an L-shaped couch that opens up to the right of the columns. In front of the couch, against the back wall, there is a wooden dresser with a 37-inch LCD TV in between two standing lamps. To the right of the TV, the perimeter of the room moves in several feet, and there is a two-tier, wooden desk with a wheeled office chair. To the right of the desk, the perimeter of the room moves in several feet once again, and there are two windows along the wall that are now directly in front of you. There is an L-shaped bar counter on your right with two barstools on each leg of the bar. Along the right wall, there is a mirrored closet door and a connecting door that leads into the adjacent king bedroom. To the right of the entrance behind you is a bathroom door. Upon entering the king bedroom through the connecting doors near the bar, a king bed with a tall upholstered headboard is now on your right. This 320 square foot room features a subtle patterned carpet and soft yellow walls. On each side of the bed are two wooden night stands with a lamp on each. The nightstand on the far side of the bed has an alarm clock and telephone as well. Along the far wall to your right are two large windows with pale green blackout curtains. In front of the windows is a plush chair with an ottoman and a side table and lamp to the left of the chair. In front of the bed, along the wall directly in front of you, is a wooden, two-tiered desk with a wheeled office chair, and to its left is a wooden dresser with a 37-inch LCD TV on top. To the left of the dresser is a wooden cabinet that houses a mini fridge and coffee maker. To your immediate left is a mirrored closet door. Pass the closet door is a mini hallway that leads to another entry door. The bathroom door is along the left side of the closet. Turning around to walk out of the king bedroom and back into the parlor, continue straight towards the windows and make a left into the connecting door in the corner that leads to a double queen bedroom. This bedroom features the same size, and subtle patterned carpet and soft yellow walls as the king bedroom. Immediately to your right is a window with pale green blackout curtains. An upholstered chair, a circular side table, and a tall lamp are positioned in front of the window. To your immediate left are two queen beds with a wooden nightstand in between. On top of the nightstand sits an alarm clock, a lamp, and a telephone. Along the wall in front of you is a two-tiered, wooden desk with a wheeled office chair, a lamp, and a telephone. To the left of the desk is a wooden dresser with a 37-inch LCD TV. To the left of the dresser is a connecting door to an adjacent room, and along the far end of the wall to your left is an entry door that leads back out into the hallway. To the left of the entry door is the door to the bathroom and a cabinet housing a mini fridge and coffee maker.

The Horizon Suite parlor is approximately 1,120 square feet. The room has an overlapping, circular-patterned, brown carpet and soft yellow walls. Standing with the entrance to the parlor on your immediate left, the connecting door to the adjacent king bedroom are behind you and there is a small bar area to your immediate right. The marble-top bar counter extends about five feet from the wall with a mini fridge positioned underneath it, as well as two barstools on the opposite side. Behind the bar, against the wall, is another marble-top bar counter with a sink and coffee maker. Two wooden cabinets are built into the counter, a telephone is affixed to the wall to the left of the counter, and a mirror hangs on the wall above it between two lamps. To the left of the entrance door is a white, double-doored closet followed by a wooden, marble-top console table against the wall. A decorative, circular mirror hangs on the wall above the table in between two wall lamps. To the left of the console table is a circular white column with a white, plush daybed positioned to its left. The wall behind the day bed has a floor-to-ceiling mirror, and in the corner the mirror is met with floor-to-ceiling windows that make up the entire back and right walls of the room. A wooden desk with a sleek, wheeled chair is positioned in the back right corner of the room with another circular, white column to its right. As the perimeter of the room extends outward several feet, a plush chair rests against the back side of the wall and a brown, velvet sleeper sofa rests against the window that makes up the right wall. On each side of the sleeper sofa is a circular, wooden side table with a lamp resting on each, and a wooden coffee table is positioned in front of both the sleeper sofa and the plush chair. In the middle of the room there is an oval, wooden dining table with six wooden dining chairs surrounding it, all with white leather cushions. Against the wall to the immediate right of the bar stools lies a wooden armoire with a 37-inch LCD TV inside. To the right of the armoire in the front-right corner of the room is the entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom features light-gray, marbled tile floors that extend up to the walls that enclose a Jacuzzi bathtub on your right. The white sink stands on a wooden, marble-top counter directly in front of you with a wooden framed mirror hanging on the wall above it. A circular, magnifying make-up mirror extends from the wall to the right of the sink. To your right, across from the bathtub, is a toilet. As you exit the bathroom and walk back into the parlor, continue towards the entrance door and enter into a connecting king bedroom. To your immediate right is a small hallway that leads to another entry door with a bathroom door along the left side of the hallway. With the connecting door to your left and your back facing the entry door, a king-sized bed with a mid-sized wooden headboard is to your right, in between two wooden night stand. A lamp and an alarm clock rest on the nightstand positioned to the right of the bed, and a lamp and a telephone rest on the nightstand positioned to the left of the bed. Floor-to-ceiling windows make up the back wall of the room lined with soft golden blackout curtains. In front of the windows are two plush chairs with ottomans in front of each chair and a marble-top, circular side-table and standing lamp positioned in between. To the left of the chairs, along the left wall, is a wooden desk with a sleek, wheeled desk chair. On the desk is a lamp and a telephone. To the left of the desk, and directly across from the bed, is a tall, wooden armoire with a 37-inch LCD TV inside and a shorter, marble-top wooden cabinet that houses a mini fridge and a coffee maker.

The junior suite is approximately 540 square feet. A Victorian style, beige, patterned carpet lines the floor, and the walls are a soft yellow color. Standing with your back facing the entrance, a circular, three-seat dining table is immediately to the right with a wet bar built into the wall behind you. Further into the right side of the room there is a beige, velvet, sleeper sofa with a wooden coffee table in front, and beyond the sofa is a connecting door to an adjacent room. The far walls have a window with beige, subtle patterned blackout curtains. In front of the window is a wooden desk with a sleek, armless desk chair, lamp, and telephone. To the left of the desk is a wooden, marble-top dresser with a 37-inch LCD TV sitting on top. A plush chair with an ottoman is positioned to the left of the dresser along with a connecting door to another adjacent room. In the far left corner is the entrance to a mini hallway leading to the bathroom. As you take a few steps forward, find a king bed with a tall wooden headboard to your right. A wooden nightstand with a telephone, alarm clock, and a lamp is positioned in the corner of the room immediately to the right of the bed.
