Hilton Malta is designed for business. Our Events Manager and trained team members, along with the latest in audio-visual equipment can support an extensive range of meeting options. The location of the meeting area, set above the Portomaso Marina, adds a unique twist to business functions. Having meeting support and our business centre readily avabilable to ensure that any form of assistance is always close at hand. The Business Centre consists of eight multi-purpose syndicate rooms, perfect for meetings from 2 to 100 attendees.
The Conference Center at the Hilton Malta hotel features a variety of well-equipped Meeting Rooms, including the impressive Spinola Suite and the enormous Grand Master's Suite, which can accommodate up to 1,330 delegates.
The versatile Grandmaster Suite is a multi-functional venue able to host conferences and meetings, celebration dinner or receptions, fashion shows, product launches and concerts. This spacious suite can seat up to 1,330 guests in theatre style including 230 seats on a stylised tiered balcony. The stage can be dismantled or customised to guests' requirements. State-of-the-art lighting and audio equipment are readily available.
The Spinola suite is a multi-purpose venue offering 780 sq. m. of space for fairs, exhibitions, business lunches, coffee breaks and cocktail receptions. This diverse suite can be extended to the main lobby, providing a total area of 1,351 sq. m. of flexible function space.
The refined décor of the Portomaso Suite is well suited to any prestigious meeting or event, complete with a naturally lit foyer for coffee breaks, receptions or exhibitions. The suite seats 480 delegates in theatre style or up to 250 banquet guests. This flexible function room may be divided into three separate venues, each with exclusive access.
Catch up with work or send a last minute email at the Hilton Malta hotel's Business Center, situated adjacent to the Hilton Meeting Rooms. The Business Center - equipped with computers offering internet access, as well as printers, fax machines and copy services - is available to hotel guests and meeting participants.
