Package Handling Policy
The Hilton Boston Back Bay is happy to receive packages for registered guests and/or scheduled groups and events booked via our sales department. The hotel is able to accept packages up to 60lbs, anything larger will require one to arrange via a delivery service company.

Hotel is 100% non-smoking including all guest rooms and public areas. This is a Boston ordinance and cannot be modified.
