Standing near the corner of Fulton Street and Church streets, you are at the side entrance to the hotel but also the entrance for Guests arriving via taxi and private vehicles. To your left is our parking garage. Walking straight into the hotel, you will pass a small gift shop to your left as well as the Lowerise elevators which take you to the 3rd and 4th floors and 8-30th floors. To your right is the concierge desk and bell hop stand.
Straight ahead is the long penthouse balcony, at the far end there is a group of 4 chairs, to your immediate right is the building with floor-to-ceiling windows, to your left is the railing of the balcony about waist high, pan around for magnificent city views.
Standing at the host stand in Church & Dey on the 3rd floor, you will see a banquette wall with 5 tables and maroon chairs on the side. To your left is our buffet area that is open for the morning buffet. To the left is the dining room that seats 120 people. Behind you is our bar with tall white chairs for seating. The windows look out on to Church street, the Oculus and One World Trade Center.
Standing in Liquid Assets, our lobby bar, you are facing our bar that has 8 tall, white chairs. There is a large shelf with liquor. Behind is you is a revolving door that leads you to our main Church street entrance. To your right is a lounge area. There are 4 sets of chairs and tables set up. The back wall has a banquette area with tables. There are 2 alcoves by the window with a small round table and chairs.
On the 5th floor is our fitness center. The center is stocked with treadmills overlooking the Oculus, stairmasters, dumbells, weights, and large mirrors.
Our pool is one of the only Lower Manhattan hotels with a pool. It goes from 3 â 6ft deep and it manned by a lifeguard at all times. On the left is a large window overlooking St Paulâs Church providing a lot of natural light.
The 4th floor is our meeting rooms floor. In this image you are standing in our TriSoHo room. The set-up in the photo is classroom style as itâs a long room with a screen at the front. The window to you right looks out onto the Oculus and provides a lot of natural light. This room can be made into 3 separate rooms with air walls.
In this king room the window overlooks the Hudson River, Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. The room features a chair and table, a 42-inch flat-screen plasma television, large work desk, minibar, closet and coffeemaker.
Entering the king suite, you will be in the living space featuring a couch, chair, 42-inch flat-screen television, large work desk and chair, a drawer, and a coffeemaker. To your right is a small hallway which includes an entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom has a tub, shower, toilet and sink. Exiting the bathroom and to your right is the bedroom. The bedroom features a large king bed, 2 sets of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the City, a phone, television and drawers for clothes.
This suite features 2 bedrooms and a living area. Upon entering the Suite, you will be in small foyer area. To your left is a closet. To your left is a small hallway. Off from that is a small kitchenette with a sink, small stove top, dishwasher, and closets. Exiting to your right, you will enter the living and dining space. The living space includes a couch, 2 chairs, a coffee table, a 42-inch flat screen television. Next to the television there is a doorway leading to the first bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a set of drawers, a 42-inch television and a chair. There is a bathroom to the side with a shower, bathtub, toilet and sink. Behind the couch in the living room space is a dining room table that fits 6. To the side is a small hallway with a built-in bar area. Next to that is a bathroom with a sink and toilet. Straight ahead is a bedroom with a large king-sized bed, a couch and coffee table, large work desk and chair, drawers and another 42-inch flat screen television.
To the left of entering the King Suite, is a full bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and sink. Straight ahead is a living room space with a couch, coffee table, 2 chairs, a small drawer set a 42-inch television mounted to the wall. To the right is a large bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, 42-inch television, large work desk and chair. The room also includes a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower.
