Located next to the Charlotte Convention Center, this Charlotte, NC meeting space and wedding venue provides an easy and convenient flow of access for meeting planners and guests as they utilize the many function and exhibit spaces. Our hotel is also located across from the Charlotte Convention Center that offers a 280,000 sq. ft. Exhibition Hall and 90,000 sq. ft. of additional meeting space including their new 40,000 sq. ft. ballroom.

With over 30,000 square feet of meeting room space across 13 different rooms, the Hilton Charlotte Center City is a perfect location for any sized meeting. The two executive boardrooms can accommodate 10 to 12, conference style. The grand ballroom can accommodate up to 800 reception style or 600 seated. In between, there are several options based on group size and need. The five meeting rooms on the 4th floor can be used together as a private conference center. Our talented sales, catering, and service team members can provide assistance in planning and our banquet menus provide unique meal and break choices to accommodate all budgets. We can also customize menus based on dietary preferences, event themes, and cultural specifications.
Meetings at Our Hotel
The 11,070 square foot Piedmont Ballroom lends itself to be an ideal location for large social events. From fundraising galas to weddings, the ballroom's open space and gorgeous chandeliers provide a glamourous backdrop for your event. Outside of the ballroom doors is over 4,000 square feet of pre-function space that can be used for a cocktail reception, silent auction setup, coat check and registration, or socializing. The full ballroom can accommodate up to 800 reception style or 600 seated. Or for smaller crowds, the space can be divided to accommodate from 50 to 400 seated. Our experienced catering team will assist in planning your event and our experienced banquet team will carry out your expectations flawlessly. Our banquet menus provide unique meal options to accommodate all budgets. We can also customize menus based on dietary preferences, event themes, and cultural specifications.
