Lost & Found Policy
In line with local regulations, all found items are kept in secure storage until claimed, or for a period of three months, whichever is longer. After the three month period all unclaimed non- valuable items will be discarded. Valuable items will be handed over to the local authorities after a period of six months.

Extra Bed
A child older than 12 or an adult requiring an extra bed will be charged AED 120 per night. The maximum number of extra beds is two, depending on the room. Apartment types may have up to four extra beds.
Extra beds, including a child's cot or crib, are by request and confirmed by management. Supplements will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Charges & Fees
For all prepaid bookings, the original credit card used should be presented upon check-in where charge has been made. An additional tourism dirham fee of AED 15 per night, per bedroom is applicable when booking guest suites. Hilton Dubai guarantees interconnecting rooms upon request when booking.
Smoking
AvailableA fee of up to AED 1000 will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
