Each Meetings Simplified package includes meeting room hire and WiFi access, as well as the essentials such as flip charts, markers and beverages. Flexible and providing direct access to the Lobby, our Library subdivides into three separate suites, accommodating up to 300 people. Adjacent to the Palace Suite is the Arden Suite, which can be divided into two separate spaces, perfect for events requiring a dedicated catering area. Located in the centre of the hotel, the Arden Suite is decorated in contemporary colours and textures.

Situated on the Ground Floor with views overlooking Pendigo Lake, the Terrace Suite is perfect for weddings, lunches or dinners and benefits from a raised area. Directly opposite, the Colonial Suite is ideal for a small meeting or networking and catering area.
Catering for up to 100 guests, our York and Lancaster rooms are ideal for meetings and for use as syndicate rooms. Located on the 1st Floor and accessible by stairs only, our Ascot, Windsor and Sunningdale rooms are smaller meeting spaces which may be used as syndicate or interview rooms.
Our Dorset, Norfolk, Surrey and Boardroom feature a foyer with a cloakroom and washroom facilities. Whichever space fits your needs, our dedicated Meetings Coordinator will ensure everything runs smoothly. The Durham & Devon are located on the 1st floor and are smaller meeting spaces accessible by stairs only, these may be used as syndicate or interview rooms.
