Please note that ID is required at check-in. Guests under 18 are unable to check in alone, and must be accompanied by an adult.
If a credit/debit card was used for booking, you must check in at the hotel with the credit/debit card that guaranteed the booking or was used for prepayment. The card must be valid at the time of your stay.
The Executive Lounge is available for adults and children of 16 years and over only, with the exception of our Executive Lounge family hours when all ages are welcome: Friday & Saturday between 5pm - 6pm.
Charges & Fees
Executive Lounge family policy: children under the age of 12 are only permitted to use the Executive Lounge during the hours of 5 pm and 6 pm on Friday and Saturday evenings. Outside of these timings, the Lounge is restricted to adults and accompanied children aged 12 and over.
Children must be accompanied by a fully paying adult in any Hilton Food and Beverage outlet based on the hotel premises only. Please visit our family page for the policy regarding our children menus.
