The Gallery Room can accommodate up to 1,400 discerning delegates, 800 seated for a Gala Dinner. The room is located on the Hotels Mezzanine level offering Guests their own private entrance and Reception area. In addition to the 850 sq. m. ballroom there is a 350 sq. m. pre-event space with floor to ceiling windows perfect for Drinks and Canapé Receptions and exhibitions stands.

There are also 2 Executive Boardrooms, 6 Syndicate rooms benefitting from access to the Bay area which offers a selection of Hot & Cold Beverages throughout the day.

Our two Executive Boardrooms and five flexible meeting rooms all flooded with natural daylight, offer the ideal location for meetings up to 75 people.

All rooms come complete with integrated LCD screens, flip charts and hot and cold drinks. The bay breakout area and external herb gardens provide the perfect environment to refresh between meetings with complimentary drinks and snacks.

The Gallery Rooms

Accommodating up to 1,400 delegates theatre style the Gallery Rooms are divisible into six large sections to give you total flexibility when planning your meeting. Featuring high ceilings, built in audio visual and easy access through our cargo lift, this stylish space is perfect for conferences, exhibitions or car launches.

We recently held a conference at Hilton T5 for over 300 of our UK US and European teams, the Staff headed by GM Alex and Vanessa Director of Sales, exceeded all our expectations.

Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble, the hotel offered innovation at every opportunity, baristas in the coffee areas, customised branded desserts, personalised chocolate aeroplane room drops, the list goes on and on. But most importantly they got the basics right. Rooms were ready on time, immaculate and well appointed.. check in was prompt and friendly.

The food was excellent not easy to serve 300 filet steaks medium on time and piping hot. The conference room was excellent, great set up great style. Many of the team couldn't believe we were in an Airport hotel. I would thoroughly recommend this property but more importantly the team.
