Based around four elements designed to ensure that everyone can enjoy delicious and creative options whatever they are in the mood for, even if they have special dietary requirements.

  • Free From - additive-free dishes for those with special dietary requirements such as a detox salad of spinach, kale, broccoli, blueberries and flax seed, or a gluten free pasta salad with roasted vegetables and pine nuts
  • Superfoods & Energisers - from bircher muesli to grilled chicken thigh with mixed green and grapefruit salad, these are foods rich in proteins and antioxidants to stimulate brain activity and vitality.
