We open with a white screen and a black Hilton logo in the centre. The logo then moves to the left and text appears with âMEETINGS and EVENTSâ.
The screen fades to show an image of Hilton London Metropole hotel exterior at night. This fades into a new shot
We then see quick shots of boxes of fresh blackberries, limes and green peppers. We then see someone stocking melons onto a shelf, pineapples and then a shot of two boxes of tomatoes.
The camera zooms into tomatoes in a large box and text appears on the screen saying âQuality ingredients freshly preparedâ. We then see more tomatoes be poured into the box with a hand sorting them.
We then see quick shots of a variety of cheese. A hand then picks up a round pot of cheese from a box.
Cut to a kitchen and we see a chef in white clothing putting on his uniform hat.

We then see two chefs both laughing with each other.
We see multiple quick shots of hands adding more food to plates and plates shown stacked ready for guests.
The shot then changes to a close up of wine glasses on a set up table. We then see text on the screen âEvery detail taken care ofâ. Then see a hand adding in decoration to a large glass bowl on the table.
Cut to a shot of Hilton London Metropole events team all wearing black uniform lined up in our suite. Various shots of faces and the camera panning down the line as our management gives them instructions and advice for the event ahead.
We then see quick shots of our team taking plates from the trays, walking with plates to go out to the event. We then see text on the screen âExpert teams delivering your visionâ.
The camera pans along plates to show the detail of the delicious food options.
We see guests laughing and talking at their tables.
The camera focuses on the entire suite. We see the large room set up with all the tables and guests socialising.
The screen then changes to all white and we see âExperience moreâ in bright blue appear.
This text swipes off to the right and the black Hilton logo appears. This then moves slightly to the left and âMeetings and Eventsâ appears next to it in black writing.
Both the logo and text fade away and we then see âBook nowâ in bright blue and âwww.londonmet.hilton.comâ in black below. This screen lasts for 5 seconds.

The room is being set up. We see ladders, boxes, frames and a part empty room
We see people dotted around the room helping to set up.
We start to see equipment shift around the room and white booths set up
The lights then dim into the room giving us spotlights on the floor
We see people setting up again with winter props now being added â we can see white trees
Our view then shows large white sheets being added onto the floor to look like snow and to cover our red pattern carpet
We see white chairs and any prop or box all in white to set a an ice cave winter scene
We still see various people moving around and helping to set up
At the back of the room there is a large white tent set up to represent an ice cave
We see white curtains go in front of the ice cave
We now see small white tables and chairs laid out across the floor with small blue flower arrangements on every one
The lights now dim further and we have blue lighting across the room to coincide with the winter theme
People attending the event start to arrive â we see them sitting at the tables and standing in the ice cave tent at the back of the suite
We see the room fill up more and more with lots of attendees exploring the different areas of the room
We then see the room start to get less busy with a few people located around
We finally see the Hilton London Metropole Logo and our partner supplier emc3 logo side by side.
Enter the hotel through our reception area and tour our ground floor through to our mezzanine floor for Hilton Meetings.
We open with a blue screen showing the Hilton logo and our hotel name London Metropole. There is text saying âFrom Main Reception to Mezzanine Meeting Roomâ
The screen fades and we open up to our hotel reception main revolving doors. We move forward through the doors.
We go through the revolving doors and see our reception area to the left with desks and team members there.
Bearing right we then see our digital screens and a guest sat down to the right of the reception in our chairs.
The camera starts to pan right to show our guest relations area and our lobby continued.
We continue right to how our Edg Bar and Lounge. We see a bar, chairs, tables, piano and a large light fixture. We also see some guests stood in the area.
We pan left then move forward through double doors. We then see a staircase with lift next to it. The lift doors open and the camera moves forward into the lift. We see the lift button change and the doors shut.
The lift doors open and we pan right slightly to go through double doors. We are now one floor up on our Mezzanine level. The camera goes through the doors and immediately turns left. We see a higher view of our Edg Bar and Lounge and the lights.
The camera pans right and moves forward down our mezzanine floor.
Doors open to a meeting room and we instantly see a meeting table set up with a white board saying âGood Morningâ
We enter the room and it pans left to show more tables set up with folders, pens and water bottles on each. We also see another whiteboard saying âWelcome to our workshopâ, a large plasma screen in the middle with the Hilton logo and a man stood to the left with his laptop set up.
The camera pans left to exit the room through the same double doors. Again we see a glimpse of our Edg Bar and Lounge from above and the screen then fades back to a blue screen with our Hilton Logo and a white box.
Explore the hotel from our West Wing conference and events area through the hotel to our mezzanine floor home to Hilton Meetings space.

The blue screen fades to open into our West Wing area. We see a large H branding on the floor along with a Hilton branded pop up stand.
The camera moves forward to show our corridor with numerous doors and paintings up on the wall. The walls are white.
We bear right and continue to move forward. The white walls now change to a cream colour as we start to enter our lounge and lobby area.
We pan left to see our Herb N Kitchen cafe along with our communal area for guests to enjoy their food and beverage or catch up with emails on their laptop etc. This area is outside Herb N kitchen with multiple chairs and tables.
We turn right again and start to move forward. We see some of our East Wing lifts with a guest outside.
We pan left to see our Edg Bar and Lounge showing our lights hanging down, the tables and chairs for guests to lounge in and a piano in the background. We see a guest sat down waving.
The camera then turns right of Edg Bar to show our Whisky and Gin lounge. We see cream chairs and tables with lights hanging down on the ceiling. There is also numerous spirit bottles displayed on both sides of the area and well lit.
We take a right from Whisky and Gin lounge and the camera goes through double wooden doors. We see a stair case and lift to the left. The lift doors open and we continue in.
We see the lift buttons and the lift doors shut. We then see the doors moving down as the lift goes up.
The lift doors open and we turn left to go through double doors. We are now one floor up on our Mezzanine level. The camera goes through the doors and immediately turns left. We see a higher view of our Edg Bar and Lounge and the lights.
We turn right again to continue down the mezzanine floor. Doors open to a meeting room and we instantly see a meeting table set up with a white board saying âGood Morningâ
Take a tour of our West Wing home to our impressive pillar free Kings and Monarch Suites. Your event can take over our entire foyer and west wing area complete with bespoke branding.
We open with a blue screen showing the Hilton logo in white, with London Metropole text and below with âWest Wing Main Spacesâ.
The blue screen fades and we open to the exterior of Hilton London Metropole at our revolving doors entrance to our West Wing Foyer. The camera moves forward through the revolving doors and through the glass we see a stair case and pillars with screens on them.
The camera bears left to show a large pillar with a digital screen on it and Hilton branding. We continue left to see a large white and blue registration desk and someone stood at it. We see âRegistrationâ written on it and a Hilton logo.
The camera then bears right to show a large screen display again with Hilton branding so we can show our clients the branding opportunities they can use throughout our spaces. The large image shows a skyline of London with bright pinks and purples and the Hilton logo.
The camera continues to bear right and we see lifts in front. The lift doors open and we see a reflection of a man using the lift. The camera moves forward into the lift then pans left to show the lift buttons with 1 highlighted in red. The lift doors then close.
The lift doors open and we see in front of us two lots of double wooden doors along with Hilton branded display stands next to each door. The carpet is a mix of yellows, oranges and browns with a pattern. We see above the two double doors a sign saying MONARCH SUITE. We are now entering our Monarch Suite which is one of our larger suites.
We see the room set up with tables for food and& beverage along with staff stood behind. We also see black high cocktail tables in various spots around the room for people to place items of food on.
The camera starts to bear left so we see more of the room. We continue to see large white tables with food & beverage set up along with the black high cocktail tables.
We see a large wooden podium at the back of the room with two sets of stairs up to it on both the left and right hand side.
We now exit the room and see the lifts outside again.
The lift doors open and we see the number highlight to number 3. The doors open and we see a glass staircase in front of us.
